Aarnex Law Ltd is a UK-based legal consultancy firm engaged exclusively in the provision of unreserved legal services. We are not a firm of solicitors, and we are not authorised or regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) or the Bar Standards Board (BSB).

We do not provide reserved legal activities as defined under the Legal Services Act 2007.

Scope of Our Services

Our role is limited to offering:

• Initial legal advisory

• Strategic legal consultation

• Document drafting and review

• Case preparation support

If, after our preliminary assessment, you choose to proceed with your matter, we may refer or introduce you to a panel of regulated solicitors or barristers, where appropriate.

In such cases:

• You will engage and sign a separate client-care agreement directly with the instructed solicitor or barrister.

• Aarnex Law Ltd will cease to act as your legal representative unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• All legal responsibilities, duties, and professional obligations related to your matter will rest solely with the regulated professional you engage.

• We may or may not receive a referral or introduction fee, but this will not affect your pricing, and no additional costs will be passed on to you as a result of the referral.

• Aarnex Law Ltd does not accept any liability for the conduct, advice, or outcome of any matter handled by a referred solicitor or barrister.

Direct Access & McKenzie Friend Support

Where allowed by law, we may assist clients in:

• Instructing barristers under the Direct Access Scheme

• Acting as a McKenzie Friend during legal proceedings

We do not provide advocacy services or courtroom representation, and we do not claim any rights of audience.
